This course will explore how humans interact with everyday products, environments and visual mediums that we encounter in a daily basis. It will start with the Arts and Crafts movement (1880-1910) and finish with Postmodernism. Items to be covered include: Definition of Terms Background/History Formal elements relevant to design Graphic Design Industrial Design Architectural Design Movements, Styles and Pioneers
