WBAY Makes TV History
Abstract
A 50 year anniversary editorial on the evolution of WBAY. WBAY-TV began on March 17, 1953. When the network began all commercials and TV shows would be live as there wasn't videotape. The live daytime shows included “Cousin Fuzzy” and “Noon show”.
