About the Speaker

Educated at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge before pursuing his doctoral studies at the University of Notre Dame, Wicks taught in the ethics program at Villanova University before joining the Elm Institute in 2015. His research focuses on the contemporary applications of Aristotelian ethical and political thought, the history and philosophy of higher education, and the psychology and ethics of argument and persuasion.
