Description
The Northwestern Wisconsin Arts Council devised ARTSTREET to build momentum for its cause, the promotion of visual and performing arts in the region. By concentrating the excitement and grace of all the arts on a few streets in downtown Green Bay for a single weekend, the council and planning committee offered a vibrant experience.
On that Saturday at the open ceremonies, F. Gordon Parmentier performed "Artstreet for Brass".
