ART 130
Description
This course introduces the basics of visual communication. We will use analog and digital techniques and media to explore ideas of space, contrast, composition, language, context, and images, among others. Students will work both independently and collaboratively in and outside class to develop design thinking, critical facility, and good decision-making with regard to design problems. This is a time-intensive course that requires extensive self-directed work outside of class.
