ART 330
Description
This course builds on ART 230 and introduces new printmaking techniques including lithography, intaglio, and letterpress. Through our assignments and readings we will consider the questions of, What it means to be an artist in society? What, if anything, does the artist owe the public? and Who has power in art? As part of answering these questions students will become artists-in- residence at Green Bay Botanical Garden. Students will be responsible for visiting and maintaining appropriate relationship with GBBG.
